"Martini Luck" Wearable Art Neckpiece
Martini Luck - This amazing neck piece was originally made as a donation to an art show/silent auction at the Mayflower Park Hotel in Seattle, but then after talking to the organizers of the event, I changed my mind and decided to donate a bunch of smaller, simpler items in it's place, hoping to better match the audience. And so, lucky me, I got to wear this beautiful piece of art (woven by hand, it took about 20 hours to make, not including the time spent making the lampwork beads) to the auction, and then, though I can't really say it was due to the necklace, won the event's raffle, a wonderful gift of hotel stays, dinner, martinis, and all the rest. Lucky. That's all I can say. Oh, and also, that the necklace features a beautiful sterling Karen Hill Tribe pendant, with about 12 of my handmade lampwork beads, tons of pearls, garnets, turquoise, and way too many glass beads. This necklace is about 19 inches long, it goes with just about everything you might have in your closet. An eye-catcher of a necklace, sure to bring you lots of compliments.
