Placing Orders:
To place an order using our secure server, simply select an item and click on the "add to cart" image next to the item name. Follow the directions on each page that follows and fill in all the required items. Once you have submitted the order, you will receive an email confirmation which will include your order number and contact information in case you have any questions or concerns.
At this time, only orders within the United States can be processed.
All items are one-of-a-kind and subject to prior sale. If you should purchase an item that has already been sold but was not marked sold on the site, you will be notified as soon as possible. Your card will not be charged and/or your PayPal payment will be refunded in full.
Payment Methods:
Purchases can be made using major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or with PayPal. Credit card details are collected using a SSL secured server. Your credit card will only be charged when your items have been shipped. If you would like to pay with a personal check, please email me to complete that transaction. Orders paid for by personal check will be shipped once the check has cleared. Items not paid for in 10 days will be resold.
   
Sales Tax:
An 8.9% sales tax will be added to all items delivered to the state of Washington.
Shipping:
A $6.00 shipping and handling charge will be added to each order. Orders are processed as soon as possible, usually within a day or two of purchase, and are shipped using US Priority Mail with delivery confirmation tracking slip. You will receive an email notification when your item has been shipped.
Shipping is free for orders totalling over $200.00.
Returns/Exchanges:
Full refunds are available if items are returned within 15 business days. All products must be in the same condition as when sent to you. Exchanges are available up to 30 days. Defective items will be replaced or repaired at no charge.
Privacy:
Your privacy is very important. Your personal or purchase information will not be shared, rented, or sold to anyone, for any reason.
